EIMA International is the International Agricultural and Gardening Machinery Exhibition, which has taken place in Bologna every two years since 1969 and has become one of the world-renowned trade shows for agricultural mechanics.
EIMA displays 14 product categories and is divided into 5 specialised salons: EIMA Componenti, EIMA Green, EIMA Energy, EIMA Idrotech and EIMA Digital.
The 43rd edition of the trade show, which took place in November 2018, was attended by 1950 exhibitors from 50 countries and the total exhibition area was 375.000 sqm. The models displayed were more than 50,000 and included avant-garde technologies, machines and equipment for any type of agricultural operations or green work and for any business model.
In 2018, EIMA attracted 317,000 visitors, which accounts for an increase of 11% compared to 2016. 50,000 visitors were foreign professionals coming from 150 countries. The number of foreign visitors increased by 15% compared to last year’s edition.
Cermac, a regular exhibitor at EIMA, had a booth of 300 sqm and connected with a considerable number of international visitors interested in the wide offer of integrated technology for the agricultural sector presented by the Cermac Group.
