The Consortium is composed of the following bodies:
-

The main functions of the General Assembly include electing the members of the Board of Directors, approving budgets, and determining the general guidelines for consortium activities (promotion strategies, investments, target markets, etc.).
-
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Manages the activities of the Consortium by translating the operational objectives and directives formulated by the General Assembly. It makes decisions regarding the admission, withdrawal, or expulsion of members. The Board of Directors is usually reappointed every 3 years.
-
PRESIDENT
Represents the Consortium, signs its documents, and presides over the Assemblies.
Additionally, the Consortium's organizational chart includes the following roles:
- Director - Mr. Enrico Turoni
- Administrative Manager - Mr. Fabio Buccioli
- Communication and External Relations Manager - Mr. Enrico Turoni
- Institutional Accreditation Manager - Mr. Enrico Turoni
Active participation in the life of the consortium, including attendance at Assemblies and Work Meetings, timely communication, regular interactions with the secretariat, and, importantly, providing feedback on one's needs, is an essential condition for maximizing the potential of the consortium as a tool. The more effectively a company expresses its needs and collaborates with other entrepreneurs, the more effective the coordinated and synergistic consortium projects will be.
